Great work environment. I work in the sales division and everyone is very helpful learning the business and wants to see you succeed. Managers keep you on accountable to goals, but don't micromanage. There is lots of opportunity to grow quickly and move into various roles. As an entry level employee, I get exposure to several divisions of the business.

Pay is low. If you don't take initiative, management can be unorganized at times and may not stick to training timelines.

The company has a great business model that appeals to wide variety of clients and is easily understood. The culture is of hard work, performance based goals and acknowledgment, and growth opportunities for those who work hard and perform, but also fun atmosphere and team environment. Ping pong tables and foosball tables in conference rooms and lots of fun events and team members hanging out outside of work. In my 3 years here I have been promoted and given the opportunity to take on more responsibilities throughout the organization. I have seen many other well deserving individuals promoted internally as well. The management team is very hands on and takes a personal approach to developing motivated individuals, and they entrust team members with the ability to make decisions and have a major influence and impact on the outcome of projects they are working on. One of the best aspects of the company is that team members are able to work on a variety projects and gain experience working in or collaborating with multiple different departments. You really get a great opportunity to learn the entire business from end to end and develop multiple skills and understandings as opposed to positions in other companies where you only get limited exposure to tasks within your defined box. You will learn more in 1 year here than you will in 5 years at most other companies!

No cons. Everyone’s door is always open to problem solve and help get past obstacles if you are willing to take initiative.
