Pros

The people working in the same positions were lovely.

Cons

The best way to describe the shift routine would probably compare to being a prison inmate! Three minute toilet breaks timed on your desktop computer, you daren't be late back as you would be asked why it took you more than three minutes by management. Being offered an incentive "chip butty" made at the management work stations by management on filthy desks no one wearing gloves! Never being able to book a weeks holiday as there was never any bookings left. Being told that most didn't bother booking holidays anyway they took the money instead. Poor management, no staff welfare ......... I could go on and on.

Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
