Pros

No advantages besides simply gaining work experience. And don't forget that, no matter how great you are at your job, you won't get your references the moment you leave. Just avoid in the first place.

Cons

Extremely stressful environment, micro-managing senior managers, disrespectful and rude co-founders, literally spying, lying and harassing people to work from home outside their regular work hours. NO HR, just an assistant to co-founders with zero knowledge about HR. The company doesn't pay bonuses, although they claim they offer them. They lie that their anonymous evaluations are anonymous and afterwards ask you why your gave certain answers. Co-founders yell at their employees in the open space. Just avoid altogether.

Pros

Perfect location in the heart of Paris. A young team and an open space office. All the teams such as Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer service are working together.

Cons

Homerez is representing itself as a dynamic and open minded start up. However, your honesty is not wanted, even if they claim it is. Promises are not being kept and talking about days off and your salary becomes a big mission. It leads that you feel uncomfortable and insecure in making little breaks, leaving work on-time, talk to your co workers or even have a look on your phone. You are controlled for every little detail and steps you take. As a start up they need to focus on the money but unfortunately, this pursuit leads to unprofessionalism towards the owners and customers. The most disappointed thing is that your hard work at the end is not even being honored. It is very sad that as for a start up they are using a very strict and old way of managing their people. This company needs people who are not talking, taking commands, working until late and which do not disagree with managers.
