Pros
It's an easy way to make friends, as anywhere else. It's easy to get the job since the rate of rolling of employees is high as hell.
Cons
First, the quality of the service compared with the price (15% commission) is simply outrageous. They pretend that they work with a lot of people, which is false. Most of the clients that I had were sick of us because of the lack of the results and the miss of communication. A really frustrating situation for the clients who find themselves powerless to end this situation which is making them economic damage. They don't stop lying to clients, partners, and employees so basically the work atmosphere is toxic as hell. The emotional wage is really negative and if you add a poor salary you can imagine the frustration of the employees as well. It's a company that losses money all the years after more than 5 yeas. In the world of start-up, it's technically dead but they investors refuse the idea because they don't want to realize that they made a huge mistake (and they trick them with the numbers too). So there you are, burning the money of others with no direction to go.
