Pros
Relaxed environment, excellent work-life balance, but still motivated and very skilled bunch of people on the development side. Small company feel, but backed by a giant parent company (Cox Enterprises).
Cons
Open floor plan leaves little privacy, though it doesn't really matter when you're working with good people.
