Pros
Open office environment with free coffee and a cafe where you can buy snacks and meals. Monthly office gatherings where fun events are planned around a company update and lunch. The opportunity to learn more and try new positions exists if you’re willing to speak up and show interest. If you do good work and have a can-do attitude versus it just being a job, you’ll be noticed and recognized. Also, stand up desks are amazing!
Cons
This is an established company, so there isn’t always growth in the sense of moving to a management position (may not be available). But there can still be growth in terms of trying new positions and just asking to learn more. It’s really up to the person to get what they can out of any company.
