Pros

Environment can only be adjustable according to the boss's mood or biasness

Cons

So many cons. Low pay, no increments, lies, making us constantly lie to customers, no empathy at all and they fire you whenever they want without even paying.

Pros

I had previously worked in Home Done the CEO strangely decided not to pay me, which seemed odd and illegal. I was aware that he would often make workers work overtime for no pay, an illegal act in the UK if your pay falls below minimum wage. In my particular case, I was not asked to work overtime but did not even get the pay for the hours I did complete. When confronted he ignored my calls. Luckily, when reported to the HMRC, I was a able to get my full pay back and the CEO was also fined. For future employees: PLEASE keep timesheets, know your rights and report to the HMRC if you feel you are being underpaid. As the CEO (Shahab Raghbi) has already been fined once, further complains will be taken seriously, and the government will ensure you will get the pay you are entitled to.

Cons

Please read the pros, the company is full of cons not even taking into consideration their unlawful practises - from unhygienic offices to disrespectful attitudes from the CEO. The CEO seems to be running such a scam that I highly doubt he is even who he claims to be. His methods for taking money from people seem so poorly thought out that I genuinely believe instead of crafting a plan, he compulsively steals and then makes up lies to the authorities on the spot (some of which seem laughable for even the goverment workers). For future employees, this is not a criminal mastermind who will be hard to report. If you feel you are being mistreated, please go the HMRC or any law enforcement officers.

Pros

no pros, maybe the location - Woolwich - might work for some people

Cons

- salary, - if you have to stay longer at work you don't get paid for it, -office is a very backdated and extremely dirty place, nothing to prevent spreading covid 19 - No canteen etc. - Amount of complains from customers is just unbelievable as its a scamming company - Management doesn't take any responsibility for anything
