      Training and management will back you up.

      The CEO is not in touch with the entire company, and there is an enormous quantity of paperwork. Over 80% of the time is spent completing paperwork. The days are long, between 10 to 13 hours, five days per week.

      - flexible hours - impactful work - open to new ideas

      Cons

      - consuming at times - inconsistent pay (this has been resolved though) - ownership is great, operations can be dismissive
