9yThank you for taking the time to submit your review and thank you for your service at Holland. Since we are always looking for ways to improve, we value and take all feedback into consideration. At Holland, we hire the best and most qualified individuals for each and every position at our terminals. I’m happy to see you have noticed our equipment is improving. The lack of investment in the fleet during the recession has caused a “bubble” of older equipment in both the tractor and trailer fleets. There is a five-year plan to reinvest in equipment, which will acquire 1,500 tractors from 2017-2020 and 3,100 trailers during the same time. This of course will help us replace the older equipment and eventually, we will be on the other side of the bubble and the fleet will reflect the investment! Our employees and customers are our top priority, and we are committed to providing a positive work environment for all of our employees.
