Cons
As in any sales/marketing jobs managers always have favorites. Ongoing training is very repetitive. If someone is struggling management does very little observation to help you make changes to be more successful. Managers have so much paperwork they don't have time to focus and help performance. Schedule is always put out Friday for the following Monday and generally has mistakes. If you request off you will have to remind management multiple times. How much you make depends on what location you are scheduled. There are a couple of good locations but overall the locations aren't very good. Management does little to nothing to promote employee benefits and promotions.
