Pros
They have a family-first focus and they understand the demands of life outside business. Although they do accommodate employees, they are also very driven and dedicated to their work in selling homes and making customers happy. The marketing department is one of the best I have ever worked in and I never come to work reluctantly. Due to this, I believe people work harder and want to truly make an impact. They just introduced a new division and the forecast looks great. Before I was hired, I actually wondered if these reviews were fake but after working here, I now know these people and it's just as I read. Genuinely happy with this company.
Cons
Pay is less than what I am used to but the work environment is much better than I have experienced and my responsibilities are less than previous positions so it almost weighs out.
