Pros
Nothing good apart from initial package offered and subsidize food.
Cons
Hopeless management. High attrition rate even higher position management people leave company after a year. Company spend money on goodies bags, tshirts and stuff but won't give reasonable salary hikes, 4% annual hike is the norm. No overtime paid you are supposed to work for 14 hrs or else you will receive PIP threats, you only enjoy weekend when the system is down otherwise work 13-14 hrs a day for 7 days a week and that to with no extra pay. Good luck asking for leave even if you have pending leaves. Most of the leaves lapses after a year and you can't do anything they won't even pay you for that also you can't adjust them with your notice period no matter how many leaves you have pending. Recently due to high attrition rate they have increased the notice period to 3 months rather than improving the conditions they are making it harder for people to leave. And no exceptions even serious issues are not considered like marriage, health problem nothing is considered you have to serve 3 months complete, they will hold your last month salary and won't pay you even if you are still working for a few more days. They say it will be paid with FnF and that too takes ages to get paid it took more than 72 days for my FnF god know how long will it take for reliving letter to arrive. Not suitable place for carrier oriented people, they need freshers or maximum 1-2 yrs experience people who would come cheaply and be a work horse with no questions asked. They take feedback sessions regularly don't know what they are doing with the feedback coz it's clearly not making any difference. Most of the workforce is there coz they couldn't find another job during lockdown and since lockdown finished company has increased notice period otherwise half of the employees would have been out by now. HR and their policies are their just for show. HR takes 3-4 days just to reply on your email.
