You won't have enough training with the process you sometimes need to figure out the process with yourself. You get to ask around for information but some people are not collaborative enough to give you what you need. benefits are slashed out for no apparent reason. some people are being laid-off for the sake of the "growth of company" no work-life balance since you have to work for long hours especially during monthend.
