      While the company offers great benefits and growth opportunities, there can be occasional communication challenges between departments that can slow down decision-making. However, leadership is receptive to feedback, and I’m confident they are working on improving collaboration across teams.

      Pros

      Great Pay, Great Benefits, you can move up fast just got to put your mind to it and take in and learn everything you can and work hard. They have a union you get the option to be apart of or not. Management is great! They listen and check in with you to make sure you have everything you need to do your job successfully and safely. You get trained for 6 plus weeks depending on department and all the trainers have years of experience and time at this workplace and they are patient and have great attitudes and are willing to explain and make sure you understand what is needed from you as an employee. Ask questions no question is a dumb question. Even if you’ve already asked. The want to make sure you understand everything. Very organized and clean warehouse. Plenty of working room.
