You are not able to use PTO uniterrupted. Personal time is not respected and there is an expectation that you work most nights and weekends. The Jacksonville office has a very high turn over rate due to work overloads and a toxic work environment. Poor culture and no respect for employees. This environment is allowed to persist, and the toxic/inappropriate work environment is rewarded. Do not work here if you have a family or are not willing to work 50+ every week. No senior designers are in office to mentor younger staff.
