      Starting pay is decent, great people to work with, neat to help be a part of the manufacturing process for cool products

      Difficult to move up positions, pay increases are only 3-5% yearly dont expect any more,

      Pros

      Management is very understanding and caring about its employees. They have many benefits like plenty of vacation time off and 401k plan. Good work hours and there's no hard pressure on employees.

      Cons

      Some loud machines, not really about overtime if you want to make more money.
