Pros
It’s a job. Most people are nice. Interesting work.
Cons
More work, less pay. They did away with overtime for salaried employees, so moved most hourly to salary. But still require the same 50-60 hours per week to get your job done.
Stopped covering shut down and now have to take vacation time.
Medical costs skyrocketing.
Long term people and management leaving, so staff are required to take over their duties (and hours) for no additional pay.
People are stressed and it’s beginning to show in their health and attitude.
Don’t know any long term employees that aren’t looking elsewhere for a job.
