Pros
Amazing team! The employees are hard-working, fun, and helpful. You can also learn a lot in so many areas related to small/medium business operations, as well as sales and marketing in general. You get to see the bigger picture, especially if you’re on the sales team which makes the job more exciting. You are not micro-managed here, but on the flip side you are of course expected to perform well. The best thing (for me) was that even though I was selling, I sold a product I believed in. It’s cost-effective for the buyer and the quality is evident. I felt good about selling it which was personally important, and I made great money doing so.
Cons
As with any sales role, there is pressure to perform. This specific role is best suited for anyone that doesn’t need to be hand held and is self motivated enough to perform well.
