      From my interview experience, it seems like Hinge ACTUALLY cares about people. Behavioral and culture fit is just as important as technical skills. They practice authenticity and honesty, have great perks, seem excited to be there.

      Cons

      Culture fit is big here so get your practice in if you have any social anxiety or trouble being yourself with strangers.
