Great company contract, not so good management - Anonymous employee Hines Employee Review

Management did not help with issues. The person who was running Facilities before Hines took over was VERY reluctant to hand over things and very hard to work with. Management knew this and never stepped in to help until I had a total break down and even then didn't really help. Upper management changed hands many times and wasn't aware of the full issues or if they did know they did not care and just wanted the projects finished.
