Great benefits and working conditions, p.t.o , 401k, hotel discounts, I had a great GM, but right before I left a new GM came and was not very well liked as she only hires Spanish which is her race, she is also very biased and unprofessional. It really depends on who your Management is if it is a good experience or not
Cons
Extremely early hours if you work mornings, Servers have too much to do at end of shift but are expected to punch out right away. There is no union so housekeeping does not clean the Restaurant at all like at other hotels. There is usually only one Server and they have to clean the whole restaurant themselves including vacuuming, dusting,mopping floor, bus your own tables and they rarely have a dishwasher on morning shift so you have to be the dishwasher too! Pay is decent but you're doing 5 jobs because you are Hostess ,cashier, busser, dishwasher and server, not to mention housekeeper and bartender and room service server. Not lying , at this location this is all done by one server and sometimes 2 if its the evening shift . I put 4 stars because I am a hard worker and like to stay busy but this job is not for everyone!
