Benefits are good; lots of team member appreciation and recognition. Lots of ways to go above and beyond your job and be apart of other departments working toward a goal. Management is always looking to improve hotel.
Cons
Attendance policy is really strict. Recreation department manager needs to go. Transferring from department to department or to other hotel has a lot of requirements as well.
