Pros
Compared to many other hotels I worked with, benefits were great from 401K with matching to free nights at corporate owned hotels. The compensation plan for sales was also robust and motivating.
Cons
There often seemed to be a disconnect between company leadership and local hotel leadership with a lot of eye-rolling on the local level when new programs were rolled out. In sales you're only as good as your last two quarters.
