      Pros

      Great company to develop a long life career. The leadership model that Hilti has is fantastic. I really enjoyed working in a structured multinational company that take care of their employees and business. I hope to come back after my pass through the Yale School of Management Master degree.

      Business processes can be frustrating and for a sales company, they don’t operate an efficiently as they can. A lot of double work and round about ways to get desired results
