Recently joined Hillpointe and it’s clear that this is a company that truly values its people and takes pride in delivering a quality product. The onboarding process has been seamless and has made me feel supported from day one. Leadership is approachable and clearly invested in my success. Compensation is highly competitive. I’m genuinely excited to be part of a company with strong core values, direction and support.

None so far. Everything has been great.

Pros

My property had a great team- my initial regional manager was very involved, attentive and available when I needed assistance. Leasing Managers make their own schedule- HOWEVER you will usually find yourself working more than 40 hours a week.

Cons

After resigning from my position, I never received my earned bonus for move-ins from the previous month, totaling $1,900. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to HR and Payroll, my emails were ignored, even with several managers CC’d. At this point, I will have to pursue legal recourse to recover the funds I earned for exceeding move-in targets in February. My experience has made it clearer why employees may leave.
