Cold Company - Anonymous employee Hilco Vision Employee Review

I have had few jobs in my lifetime and this one has been one of my faves. Overall management/supervision has been very friendly and understanding. They have a great time off/ vacation package. We get all the bank holidays off, 3 floating holiday, 3 weeks of vacation, and 1 week of sick time. That is practically unheard of!! This is also a place that promotes from within, FAST! If you come in everyday and do a great job you will most certainly be considered for promotion when the opportunity arises!

People generally leave you alone at work.

Less responsibilities means less pay. Can't listed with one earbud in at work.
