Pros

New staff friendly Nice areas for food and available free hot drinks

Cons

When leaving failed to give over final pay slip to see final deductions and failed to give over P45. Once I messaged them about it about a month after I left I received no reply on the matter and after another month I messaged them again asking for the final deductions and P45 with the threat of me going to HMRC. Which then resulted in a fast reply with the P45 being done on the day after already not working there for 2 months. I still haven’t received my final payslip showing the final deductions. The managers not very helpful.

Pros

The team members were supportive and willing to answer technical questions, which helped me quickly understand the project structure and engineering practices. I also learned a lot about integrating machine learning models into real production environments.

Cons

I did not encounter any major issues during my internship. Most of the challenges were related to learning new systems and technologies, which was part of the learning process.

Cons

The North America business has been in decline, which creates uncertainty around growth opportunities and team stability. Compensation is also not competitive compared to industry standards in the region, making it harder to retain top talent
