      - Structured HR department. - One day remote.

      Cons

      - Internal Hierarchy based on fear. - Vertical hierarchy. - Micromanagement, you literally get a 30 min lunch break. - HR system tracks your hours and flags you if you are taking just a break out. - Very old tech stack, learning not aligned with current trends. Not the case for their recent V4 product though. - No bonuses at all. - Salary progression once there is quite slow.

      place to learn not a bad salary for juniors

      work life balance is not good. no remote work. evolution of salary is not good badging system feels like you are in kindergarten
