      Pros

      Definitely the residents! And most of the regular staff. The residents were amazing and the reason I kept going back everyday.

      Cons

      Management-the turn around with management worse than direct care staff. They had 3 different Executive Directors in lest than 6 months and with each new one, meant new changes for the residents and staff to adjust to.

      Pros

      The people there are truly invested in you. There are countless opportunities for exciting and challenging work. Significant professional and personal growth from being in this environment. There are no toxic personalities that I've encountered and everyone wants to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Nothing significant. The interview process can be tough and you really have to be the right culture fit. There is also occasional travel for company events, which some people may not like, but they are generally very rewarding. Also, health insurance options are just ok if you are outside of the NJ area.
