Pros
Some amount of growth potential, definitely builds your mindset, and they do teach you a few good sales tactics and impulsing stratagies
Cons
- They are very reserved through the hiring process and do not explain that you are a door to door energy sales rep
- Misleading sales pitch & tactics
- Zero HR in the whole company, including their parent company, One Source Provider
- Growth opportunity = increasingly fancy title with small bonuses added on as you climb up, but still all door to door until you can become a director, at which point you open your own branch w/ osp and supposedly make a bunch of money (even though most directors make little to nothing bc of an embarassing turn over rate)
- Zero benefits, 1099 contracted position, which they don't tell you, also a 3 week delay in commissions in case someone cancels their plan
- Zero work /life balance, and will make you feel bad if you desire more of a balance because you should have a "always on the clock mindset" or an "ownership mindset", 60+ hrs a week on avg, 6 days per week, at least 8 hrs on the doors every day, tiny lunch break at the whim of the trianers (had my lunch at 5:30 on my first day), no individual lunch breaks either, always as a team, always at a fast food joint
- All around deceptive and misleading company, would not reccommend working here
