Pros
- Successful with prospect for growth - Modern technology, intelligent colleagues - Lovely office
Cons
- Has some growing pains with going from a start-up to a scale-up too fast - Oil & gas/Shell is a big part of the company's business - Not sustainable or environmentally aware enough - A lot of teams have very high pressure/high stress environments - Some policies are very outdated and old, especially for a young/medium sized company

- Fair salary - Lovely colleagues - CTO is great - Cool product and projects - Small teams, so lots of shared knowledge even outside of your area of expertise, if you're willing to ask questions and learn - Flexible working hours and location - Free (and mostly tasty) lunches
Cons
- Some of the management team think stressing out employees gets them to work harder - No stock options for employees
