      Pros

      Good products. Some dedicated, hardworking staff are left but the numbers are dwindling. I used to enjoy going to work here.

      Cons

      Local management providing unrealistic objectives that constantly change. Dishonesty and targeted harassment towards certain staff, causing some to leave the business. Cost cutting is top priority with safety issues and employee concerns not addressed, if you don't like it leave mentality.

      Segment-leading products. Good work-life balance. Employee first culture. Smart, capable coworkers. As an American, the Finnish culture is a breath of fresh air compared to US companies where I have worked.

      Challenging economic headwinds due to manufacturing footprint. Complex management structure.
