Pros
The only pros I can think about is the relaxed environment. Open dress code, you can listen to music, etc.. Coworkers are nice and they have public transportation assistance, though not much, as well.
Cons
Literally everything else. I've heard this company had to start over multiple times. The pay is mid and has no potential of rising; they just offer you a virtually impossible to receive bonus, that never exceeds like $30. KPIs and QA scores are extremely difficult to hit consistently, and you will have the pressure of losing your job every week after your 3rd week working. HR lies, has no accountability, nor has any empathy for the employees (she works from home in a different state). There is no growth unless a manager gets fired (there's only 3). Certain managers are gossipy and show no respect. Creepy engineers according to some women. The CEO does not really care about her employees... only that they hit their numbers to get her more money. Training is literally the worse and typically lasts not even a full work day. The only account exec they have makes you feel awkward and uncomfortable. Policies are outdated, attendance policy specifically is atrocious, and to top it all off, little to no OT. Worst job I've worked for. Work here if you're desperate, but even so, never stop applying.
