      Compensation is good and benefits are at par with most company. It could be better though

      Cons

      Direction is lacking. Drives people to perform but does not invest proportionally. Expects results on limited time provided. Old culture needs to be revisited.

      Good pay. Overtime available if wanted. Double time Sundays. Not a physical job. Up to 8% / year contribution to your 401K

      Short staffed in certain departments. Run out of basic supplies to often.
