Personal relationships are more important than processes, smooching is valued more than true talent / hardwork Absolutely no logical HR processes, succession planning, appraisal process or career growth planning or lateral movements - moves internally are random at best, promotions and payhikes are given on submission of resignations New management does not believe in firing poor performers (so better performers get demotivated) and same people are promoted over and over again when others who toil hard are not given any opportunity to lead, results in good people quitting when they are at their productive best High press, financial and industry visibility seems like a company dressing up for a takeover
