Appears to be well organised, strict procedures in place which you must follow, but everything laid out clearly so easy to start there
Cons
Dishonest management, no team working. Managers who were never capable of holding responsibility in the first place A lot of talking behind your back Staff working in India or Indian immigrants are given preferential treatment Many people have simply lost their jobs for no fault of their own, if someone in the team doesn't like you, they will list as many excuses as they can to get rid of you
