Pros
Certainly keeps you on your toes.. Being a manager helps you think outside the box on a daily basis. Fast paced environment keeps you conscious of everything that's going on. Helps you hone in on multi-tasking
Cons
Overworked. Took a paycut to become a manager, salary-wise. They add the "free car/insurance/gas" as a perk, but that doesn't help when you're encouraged to rent every single car every day, and you close your office with no vehicle to drive home, or are left with a compact to drive for the weekend, with a family to try to stuff in it. It also doesn't help that we haven't been getting paid our commission checks in months. It sucks. I could take it until I realized I'm not getting paid. I've lost all confidence in upper management. We're not given the resources to do our jobs (no cars... Understaffed) and yet we have to exceed goals. I'm being pushed to my limit.
