Creative directors gave good briefs and then just let me run with it and bring my ideas to the table. Then the feedback was always on point. A simple change here or there and it brought it all up a level. Above all they trusted me to develop good work, which made me want to excelle.

None really. I was treated as a professional. I was respected for my talent and they pushed my work to be even better. I would not hesitate to work with them again, and again.

Good pay, remote work option

There are numerous drawbacks to working here. Creativity and individual expression are not valued, and the CEO micromanages projects inefficiently. Most skilled professionals have either left or been let go, leaving behind a toxic environment filled with egotistical coworkers who lack teamwork and support. Upper management is more focused on appeasing higher-ups than addressing the concerns of their employees. Overall, a terrible experience.
