      Pros

      Great place to work! I learned so much while working with Herca Solar. The management and sales team really work together to ensure their employees are knowledgeable in Solar and equipped to meet with potential customers.

      Cons

      The only con I had was the commute. I was living in Riverside and was commuting to the San Diego area regularly. If you live in the San Diego area this would be a great position for you!

      Pros

      You will learn how to not run a company

      Cons

      They misclassify employees as independent contractors to avoid the protections given to employees. They stiffed me and other employees out of money owed. They take close to a year to install something that should take 2 months maximum.
