      Pros

      This is by far my favorite job! They not only treat you like family, but take care of their employees! The Branch Manager is fair and recognizes his employees hard work and dedication. Would definitely recommend working for Herc Rentals and with the Columbus, OH branch!

      I've been here 9 months and have no complaints!

      Pros

      Able to learn the basics of the company through Herc University. Ride alongs with TSR, road tech, and drivers. Guaranteed sala positions after completion of the program

      No complaint from me, position has been everything I have expected and more!

      Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.

      Cons

      used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
