5 days in an office (when ~90% of the jobs can be done remote), Cafeteria food is terrible, Annoying “hustle” culture & not a lot of room to advance.

Easy job. they can't fire you as long as you show up.
Cons
used to be a great company, now its all politics. The same people will be promoted 5 times before you're even looked at. It takes you 2-3 days for any type of leadership to respond to an urgent request. You have to ask the outside sales reps multiple times for quotes.
