On culture and support: our Subiaco office has a collaborative, long-tenured team, and we invest heavily in planning, peer reviews, and mentoring so people can do their best work. When issues arise, leaders get involved to help, we workshop the problem, and capture lessons learned—our focus is improvement, not blame.
On hours: we aim to avoid long hours through weekly resourcing and forecasting across offices. When pressure builds, we rebalance scope or adjust timelines. We also run a 4.5-day workweek (early finish Fridays) and provide four RDOs per year to support balance.
Our standards are high—first-principles thinking, buildability, and value engineering—and we’re upfront about that during hiring. Occasionally there’s a misalignment of expectations or ways of working; when that happens, we part ways respectfully.
