      Pros

      Company car, phone, and steady flow of work

      Cons

      Absolutely disorganized, false promises from management, cannot decide who is in charge of who, extremely inconsistent and unstable environment, work like slaves, terrible pay with no benefits, cars break down, outdated work phones and technology, poor communication, lack of leadership and direction. I could keep going...

      Pros

      Honestly, this is the best company I've ever worked with. You have to be self-motivated, but the owner has a very strong business acumen and will help to grow and shape the right people. Right now they are fostering an exciting if somewhat elitist culture centered around growth. They are willing to help the right people grow, and I think this company will go far. I would have stayed at this company, but due in a large part to what I learned at HEP, I have moved on to bigger and better things!

      It has a very stressful work environment. They will put a lot on you. Compensation is great, but you have to be willing to work
