Pros

If you believe in the old proverb that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers, it is demonstrated on a daily basis at Henry Schein. When I started working here, I was so impressed by how kind and supportive everyone treats each other and it really made me feel like I made the right decision. Henry Schein being an older more established company, I was also pleasantly surprised by how much excitement and focus around technology innovation and change which is occurring in the company.

Cons

I know this is a trivial ask, however I would love to see free K-cups in the pantries.

I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
