Pros

NONE! They could care less about having a good work environment

Cons

The upper management suck they do not care if you treated fairly. Performance review are subject to discrimination and retaliation against employees they do not like DO NOT WORK HERE you will hate and quite. They keep losing high level tech almost every week someone quits I am getting ready to leave because they have retaliated against me for the last tome Lousy pay for UTAH. Micro manage you to death, They will spy on what you are doing on your computer. The people you work with dentist offices can an will stop you from advancing in the company by giving you aq bad Customer Satisfaction score even if they are unfair there nothing you can do. If the Management screw up it okay, if the low level employee screw up they deny you even you basic raise each year. I also believe they have people log in and write fake review so they look good. you should sort by negative and read the bad review first! If you work her you will suffer emotionally they will destroy you health by the politics and they don't care.

Pros

Henry Schein has a genuinely collaborative culture where teamwork and respect are part of daily work life. Leadership is supportive and encourages open communication, professional development, and continuous learning. There are great opportunities to grow your skill set, especially through cross functional work with teams across pricing, product data, sales, and operations. Work–life balance is solid, the company has remote opportunities and is a respected leader in the healthcare industry. I also appreciate the company’s commitment to community outreach and social responsibility—it reinforces that we’re working for a mission-driven organization.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
