Cons

No CRM for Sales Force... slows down ability to share information across Sales Team Sales Development infrastructure needs to be upgraded to better suit it's growing West Coast Sales Team It's competitors have formidable ways to beat Schein in a consolidating space. Schein's dependence on a model that is almost exclusively focused on distribution . It's Solution Portfolio is too easily mimicked.
