The pay and benefits were good. Opportunity to network with other companies and grow relationships. Traveling got to see a lot of places.

Cons

You are treated like a number no matter how hard you work unless you are accepted into their inner circle. Expectations are somewhat unreasonable expecially when management doesn't provide direction.

Cons

Like most large organizations, processes can sometimes feel slow due to the number of teams involved. Change management can take time, and cross-department alignment requires patience. However, leadership has been taking steps to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
