Pros

Great location in the city. Across from Union Station. Good pay. Gym inside the building. Good food places around the area. A few good people to work with.

Cons

No respect for time. Last minute tasks, when it could have been easily prevented and done on a timely manner. A lot of unnecessary drama. Bad work environment. Bad management on all levels. Old office building. Which would have been fine if there was some decent water filtration. Everything was moldy.

Pros

The pay was fine I guess. Not worth it though.

Cons

FIRST OFF: NO COMPETITIVE PAY. This company does not value you or your time. Their culture is terrible and management does not have the time to assist any of their employees. They overwork their employees until they quit and then hire new ones and do the exact same thing to them. It’s an awful cycle that they refuse to break by just taking the time to train people. It doesn’t matter what your role is, upper management is rude and doesn’t listen to any cries for help from their team. They rely on their workers to do the jobs of two or more people and then talk down to them when they need help or have questions. It’s truly such a disappointment that a small company as such can turn out to be worse to work for than a big name! You’d think they would care more about their employees but they are worse than any other company I have EVER worked for. The amount of stress this caused me as well was insurmountable. It made me depressed. ALSO NO DIVERSITY OF ANY KIND. NONE.
