Pros
High standards, but excellent support & management. This company is the best I've worked at in my career, the feedback, advice, and opportunities you are given are fair and rewarding. Management in my team was excellent, all wanted the best for me and my exchanges were polite and professional. I like how they understand the strengths and weaknesses of all backgrounds and minds, and adjust how you contribute with this in mind. Would 100% recommend working here. There's a great mix of fresh grads, experienced ambition and veteran corporate minds that means you can always seek global and expert advice on anything related to your role. The sheer scale of the company and the industries is a huge plus.
Cons
Hemel is quiet, boring, and there's virtually no grad social life after work unless you really reach out and live in London. Moreover, the temporary 12 month contract can leave you out the company at the end, the internal recruitment process is quite slow and unpredictable.
