Pros
Company is very "People-Centric", which is amazing. Commitment to customers is great, but Henkel understand the Power of People. While there is much more room for improvement, already a very inclusive work environment.
Cons
Company is willing to pay large sums of money on events such as partnership with USA Soccer, which is great, but then at the plant level budgets are always tight, pinching pennies. More could happen in regard to engagement if budgets were provided directly to the AO networks.
